St. George is saturated with Mexican restaurants which makes it difficult to eat out since my favorite type of food is Asian. But I have a few favorites - The Ricksaw, Panda Garden and BENJA THAI! Last night the kids were all hangin' with friends so we decided to unwind at Benja Thai. The food is DIVINE! Dessert was just down the street at the 25 Main Cafe and Cake Parlor where we delighted in Coconut Creme Cupcakes - HEAVENLY. Stopped at the Redbox on the way home for a chick flick then climbed into my electric blanket for some heat. It was the perfect way to dust off the stress of the work week.
